Mr. Shwan has over thirty years of experience in the financial sector. He started his finance career managing money in the MENA region, including Turkey, Greece and Pakistan. From 1997 to 2006 Shwan worked for Franklin Templeton as part of Mark Mobius’s emerging markets team, responsible for investments in the MENA region, he established two research and investment offices one in Dubai and the second in Istanbul. In 2006 Mr. Shwan joined a two-man team to co-manage a hedge fund that was funded and sponsored by George Soros. Mr. Shwan left the partnership with Soros and took over Rabee Securities which he had acquired back in 1999. RS quickly became the premier securities firm in Iraq, expanding to four offices including Istanbul, Turkey. RS was the sole manager of the largest two listings in Iraq, AsiaCell and Zain, winning the company many international acclaims.
Mr. Shwan obtained a biomedical engineering degree from Case Western Reserve University and an MBA from George Washington University. Mr. Shwan is married with three kids and is residing and working between Iraq, Turkey and the United States.
Mr. Aws Adil Mohammed Saeed, the Managing Director of the company, is one of the prominent leaders in the financial brokerage sector in Iraq, as he has been with the company since 2013 and has played a pivotal role in developing its business and expanding its scope of activity. In 2014, he represented the company in its negotiations with the Erbil Stock Exchange, which resulted in the company obtaining a brokerage license, an important achievement that enhanced its institutional presence. Due to his leadership experience and professional competence, he was appointed Deputy Managing Director and elected to the company’s Board of Directors in 2021. Mr. Aws Saeed has represented the company at many conferences and events at local and international levels and contributed to the development of innovative investment tools and services aimed at improving the investor experience and enhancing the efficiency of trading in the Iraq Stock Exchange (ISX). He previously served as a board member of Al-Ameen Financial Investment. Mr. Aws Saeed holds a bachelor’s degree in communications engineering from Al-Rafidain University and is currently leading a new phase of institutional work based on innovation, digital transformation, and strategic vision, which enhances Rabee Securities’ position and its pioneering role in developing the Iraqi financial market.

Mr. Nausheruan Baban continued his career with Rabee Securities in the sale and purchase of securities by assuming the position of Advisor in the company, after a distinguished leadership career that spanned more than 27 years, during which he served as the Chief Executive Officer and contributed substantially to the construction and development of the company and to enhance its position in the Iraqi financial market. Mr. Baban is a prominent figure in the Iraq Stock Exchange (ISX), where he served as the Chairman of the Board of Governors of the ISX, as well as a member and executive director of the Board of Governors and a representative of brokerage firms for four years, and he played an active role in policy formulation and the development of the trading environment in the market. Before joining Rabee Securities, Mr. Baban gained important professional experience through his work at the Iraqi Financial Audit Office, and participated in the membership of many committees in the ISX, the Iraqi Depository Center, and contributed to the negotiations of the electronic trading system, in addition to providing many lectures and specialized training programs in the field of financial brokerage. Mr. Baban has been widely recognized, receiving numerous awards and letters of thanks and appreciation from regulatory and administrative bodies in recognition of his efforts in developing ISX and Rabee Securities according to the highest standards of institutional performance. Mr. Baban represented Rabee Securities as a member of the Board of Directors of Al-Ameen Financial Investment for the period (2013-2015), where he served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors, and also worked as a consultant to the company, which is a company listed in the ISX and Mr. Baban holds a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics from the University of Baghdad – Faculty of Administration and Economics 1982-1983.
Ms. Ozgur joined Rabee in 2009 from Fortis to head the Research department. She is responsible for publishing sector and company reports, and preparing presentations and updates on the ISX and at the macro level. In addition, Ms. Ozgur supports clients with their research related questions. After graduating from Economics Department of Marmara University in 2006, Ms. Ozgur joined the Research department of Alternative Investment, Turkey. During her 2 year tenure, she was responsible for covering the construction and glass sectors. She joined the research department of Fortis Securities, a subsidiary of Fortis Bank A.S. Turkey, as an assistant manager. Sectors under her coverage included automotive, oil refining and fuel distribution. She has an advanced level-Capital Markets Board license awarded by the financial regulatory and supervisory agency of Turkey, SPK. She obtained a Master of Science in Finance degree from Koc University in Turkey in 2013.
Aysegul Ozge Ozgur

Mr. Yassir has over 20 years in management and investment. Mr. Yassir started his career as broker assistance in in Baghdad Stock Exchange in 1996. Also, he worked with the USAID Projects in Iraq as Senior Advisor for Public Administration in USAID/Tatweer Project and Deputy Director for the Business and Investment Enabling Environment of USAID/Tijara Projects from 2009 to 2011. Rami started with Rabee Securities from 2009 as Special Accounts Manager and assist the Research Department. In 2012 he assigned as Managing Director, working from RS Suleymani Branch to the end of 2017. He is the Head of RS App Development now. Rami has a Master Degree in Public Administration from Cairo in 2009 and B.Sc. in Electronic Engineering received from Iraq in 1996. Mr. Yassir received his Broker License in 1996 and worked in that field for many years. He also received an E-trading license in 2009.
