RSISX Total Return (RSISXTR) Index
The RSISXTR Index provides a comprehensive measure of market performance by combining both price changes and dividend income. Unlike the RSISX Index, which reflects only price movements, the RSISXTR includes dividends in its calculation. Introduced in 2021, it complements the long-established RSISX Index (launched in 2007), following the same methodology except for the inclusion of dividend income. The RSIHX Index was created by Rabee Securities to diversify market indicators and offer investors exposure to companies operating in accordance with Islamic principles. It is a free-float-adjusted market capitalization-weighted price return index, reflecting changes in stock prices without including dividend income. The index, which includes five eligible Islamic banks and companies, has been calculated in both IQD and USD since January 3, 2022 (base value: 1000).
